1.1 What are your hours?

Monday to Thursday and Saturday 10-6, Friday 10-8 and Sunday 10-5

1.2 Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada excluding the territories.

1.3 Do you do store pick up?

Yes. You can order your items on the website and opt for store pick up. You can pick up your items once you have received a pick up ready email.

1.4 Where are you located?

We are in Kamloops, BC. The shop is at the corner of Summit Drive & Columbia Street, across the parking lot from Value Village.

1.5 Do you donate to local causes?

While we do love to support our local community we can not offer donations to every one who applies as we get multiple requests each week. Please read the information on our donations and fundraising pages.

1.6 Can you special order something?

We do like to provide this service of being able to supply you with all the unique items that we can. However, in this current climate of shipping issues it is often not possible to source a new supplier or get new items in a timely manner.

You can place a request with us and we can look into it but we can not guarantee it. Please come in, call or email us with the product name & number (if applicable) so we can see if it is something we can get.
